Today, some Archery clubs call themselves Company (coming from the designation of a military troup). There are ranks within the Company, and its officers are: Captain (president), Lieutenant, Collector, Clerk, Censor.
Archers who have a good behavior, who help a lot, who are universally appreciated may be promoted Knight (by other knights of the Company). Officers may or may not be knights but every body may be one if he deserves it.
Whenever a knight is promoted, he chooses a day do organize games for the archers of the Company. This is called the prize of the Knight.
